Abstract

  • Exchange Rate Fishermen (NTN) in Jawa Timur in November 2015 fell by 0.74 percent from 107.82 in October 2015 to107.01 in November 2015. The decrease is due to NTN index of prices received by fishermen has decreased by 0.60 percentwhile the index of prices paid fishermen increased by 0.14 percent.
  • Ten major commodities that experienced the largest increase in the index of prices received by fishermen was pomfret,tuna, swanggi fish, crab, mussels, swordfish, Kapasan fish, groupers, kurisi fish, and fish layur. While ten major commoditiesthat experienced the largest drop in the index of prices received by fishermen is the flying fish, fish kuniran, fish, pompano /bebara, tuna, fish oil sardine, mackerel, shrimp, squid, and mullet.
