Abstract

Exchange Rate Fishermen (NTN) of Jawa Timur in April 2016 rose by 1.48 percent from 107.61 in March 2016 became 109.19in April 2016. The increase is due to NTN index of prices received by fishermen increased by 0.07 percent while the index of prices paid fishermen decreased by 1.39 percent.

Ten major commodities that experienced the greatest increase in the prices received index is tuna fishing, fish kuniran,mackerel, flying fish, fish bebara, grouper, tuna, pomfret, fish manyung, and fish Beloso. While ten key commodities thatexperienced the largest decline the index of prices received by fishermen is swimming crab, shrimp, fish, mackerel, seacrabs, squid, anchovy, Kapasan, fish song, gulamah fish, and fish swanggi.
